Balmy Alley in the Mission; this is a must-see. It's admittedly very well known as far as San Francisco sites go, but I couldn't not mention it.
It runs parallel to Harrison and Treat streets, between 24th and 25th streets.
Don't forget to stop at Dynamo Donuts since you're in the neighborhood.
