We bought our backpack for the Africa trip yesterday. Our North Face knock-offs from Vietnam had completely split, and our original packs are just way too cumbersome. So my inner minimalista is coming out. My goal is two pants, three tops, and a sundress.We've also booked flights from Florida to Rome (anyone know of any wonderful restaurants in Philly during our 8-hour layover?), Rome to Nairobi, and Rwanda back to Rome. Still have to book a few inter-Africa and domestic flights.
It looks like this is really and truly happening. Dear life, thank you for being so good to me.
